Shipping & Handling
We deliver Australia wide using SHIPIT or Australia Post.
We charge a flat rate fee of $15 for all soft furnishings, such as cushions and throws as well as gift items like candles, jewellery, body products and books.
All our Armadillo & Co rugs are dispatched from the suppliers warehouse for a flat fee of $25 direct to your chosen address. Armadillo & Co also offers a deluxe rug laying service which includes unwrapping and laying of your new rug. Please note this service is for Sydney Metro areas only. Please select this option at checkout. If you have added other products to your cart, please expect these to arrive separately.
Larger, bulky and heavy furniture items need to be shipped with a courier service to ensure their safe delivery. We will indicate which products this applies to in the product description. Upon checkout, you will not be charged a delivery and our customer service team will contact you to arrange the payment of the delivery fee and a convenient courier service.
We will notify you with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched via email. Unfortunately we are unable to redirect your order once it has left our store. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, unless we are delivering to a rural area. All orders must be signed for, if nobody is home to receive your order, it will be left in a safe place or returned to you local Post Office for collection. We cannot take responsibility for your order once delivery is confirmed.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of custom made furniture.
We do not offer next day delivery or an express delivery option.
We do not ship internationally.
At Fred & Co we want you to be completely in love with your new purchase so if for any reason you wish to return it, we will happily offer you a refund on full priced purchases, provided they are returned in accordance to our below policy. Please note we do not offer returns for change of mind of SALE items.
Please notify us of your return within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned item must be in it's original state and returned unused with all pakcaging and original labels attached. Please ensure your return reaches us within 14 days.
You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning your order to us. We do recommend using a tracked service to ensure your returns safe delivery. Once your return reaches our store we will process your refund via the payment method used within 10 business days. Please not we do not refund delivery fees.

Please note that returns which don't comply with the above criteria will not be processed and returned to you.

Please note in accordance with the ACCC, you are entitled to a full refund, including any postage costs if an item is deemed faulty.
